What payment methods are available?

You can directly enter your debit or credit card, or (depending on your device/browser) use Google Pay or Apple Pay. We use Stripe for storing your payment details securely and processing all payments, and we support 3D Secure payments.

If you can't see the Google Pay option, make sure that you're on a Chrome-based browser and have Google Pay set up, and that Google Pay is available for this kind of payment in your country via Stripe, our payment processor (for example, it is not available for Indian members).

Previously, PayPal payments were possible, but we're actively phasing out support for that. We're not yanking any rugs out from anyone (yet) but you can't add PayPal as a payment method if you don't already have it, and you may not be able to switch back to PayPal if you switch away from it. If you'd like to switch to using honey money and top that up via PayPal, you can get in touch with the support team to discuss how to do that.

If none of the methods we currently offer would allow you to sign up or make successful payments, we'd love to hear more about what payment methods you do have access to, so we can explore whether we can support them. Let us know!
