Groupies

The Groupies section in a goal's settings allows you to turn a goal into a group goal by adding people to join it. To add someone, you'll need to put in their username here, click "Add groupie", and wait for them to confirm being added to the goal.

Screenshot of the groupies option in settings. Text lists any existing groupies, any pending groupies, and then has the option to add new groupies with the following text: "Adding Groupies Adding a groupie means they're equally responsible for the goal's successes and derailments. They'll see the goal in their dashboard and will have full write access to all the goal's data. When the goal derails, each groupie will be charged the full pledge amount. Because this is a hefty responsibility, the groupie won't be added until they confirm. Adding them here sends them a confirmation email explaining all this. Once they click "confirm", they'll be added."

Currently, if someone wishes to be removed from a group goal, you'd need to contact the support team. Either the original owner of the goal or the person who has been added to it can contact us about this and ask for changes.
