New goal defaults

New goal defaults is a section of your account settings, accessible from the top-right dropdown menu (on the web version only). It allows you to set some default parameters that will be applied to every goal you make.

Right now, there are three different goal options that you can set account-level defaults for:

• Amount of post-derail respite: Sets the default amount of buffer you get after a derailment
• Pledge caps: Sets your default pledge cap
• Goal privacy: Whether your goal is visible to anyone else visiting your goal page

These defaults are applied whenever you create a new goal, and won't apply to existing goals that you've already set up. You can alter settings for existing goals on the goal's own page and/or via the reminders page.
